FAQ

What size do I need?

The measurement of the space between your watch lugs (in millimeters) is the watch band size you will need. Your current strap may have the size noted on the backside (for example "20" would mean it's a 20mm strap).

For length, we recommend measuring your wrist or your existing strap (not metal bands), and use our size guide to determine the best length for you.

Where are your watch bands made?

We are proud to offer some of the finest watch bands available. We are authorized distributors for our manufacturers and we examine every piece to ensure its quality standards.

As a retailer, we work with select companies that use the best leathers and the highest standards in production. These brands include Hirsch (Austris), Rios (Germany) and our own Strapped For Time collection (made in France and Italy).

What is a deployant clasp?

A deployant clasp replaces a standard buckle and helps extend the life of your watch band. If added, we will attach it to your strap before shipping.

When will my watch band ship?

Orders typically ship in 1-2 business days. As a small business, we make every effort to keep the freshest inventory by ordering small quantities often. If an item is backordered, we will contact you immediately with an estimated ship date.

Additional wonderful watch band purchases

I have just received 2 more watch bands from Strapped For Time. These were custom orders for Navy blue: one was alligator and one was lizard. Both have the quick release pins for installing on a watch.

They are excellent quality and very attractive

I am really pleased with all 3 bands that I have purchased. The clasps are great! What a pleasure to wear, take off and put on.

Beautiful, universal clasp!

Simple, beautiful double-fold-over clasp that seems able to accommodate every (correctly-sized) strap I've tried it with.

Even non-deployant-cut straps work with this due to the way it routes the tail to the outside, using your strap's existing keepers.

Super versatile deployant with a nice stainless finish and a solid mechanism. Glad to have it in my toolbox!
