Returns and Exchanges
We offer a 30 Day Return/Exchange policy on brand new, unworn items; all tags must be in tact. No refunds are allowed on tools, closeout items, special order or custom straps.
A 20% Restocking Fee is applied to all returns for refund (no fee for exchanges).
Please Remember to check all sizing, length and width, before removing any tags or trying a watch band on. Once the tags are removed or the leather is creased, we cannot re-sell the item and therefore cannot issue a credit or refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2-3 days. A 20% Restocking Fee applied to all returns for refund.
If you'd like to exchange for another item, please email or call with your exchange request. we will email you a prepaid return label for the original item. Once the item is received, we will ship the replacement. If there is a difference in price, we will send an invoice by email or issue a refund when we process the exchange.
If you need faster service you can place an order for the new item (or contact us and we can send an invoice by email) and we'll include a printed return label in the new shipment.
You are responsible for shipping costs on items returned for refund. Exchange requests will receive a prepaid return label by email. If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate offers $100+ coverage.
All returns and exchanges must be handled through Strapped For Time directly. Do not send any items back to the original manufacturers.
