Return Policy

Please Remember to check all sizing, length and width, before removing any tags or trying a watch band on. Once the tags are removed or the leather is creased, we cannot re-sell the item and therefore cannot issue a credit or refund. We offer a 30 day return policy for exchanges and refunds. Items must be returned in brand new, unworn condition; any tags must be in tact. No returns are allowed on tools, closeout items, special orders or custom straps.
*HOLIDAY RETURNS QUALIFY FOR UP TO 60 DAYS* - Any item ordered between November 1st and January 1st are allowed a 60 day return/exchange policy.

A 20% restocking fee is applied to all refunds (no fee for exchanges).

If you'd like to exchange for another item, please email or call with your exchange request. We will email you a prepaid return label for the original item. Once the item is received, we will ship the replacement. If there is a difference in price, we will send an invoice by email or issue a refund.

If you need faster service or do not have a way to print the return label:
Place an order for the new item, let us know it's an exchange, and we'll include a printed return label in the new shipment. Once the return is received, we will issue a full refund for the item.

Once your return is received, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 2-3 days. A 20% restocking fee is applied to all refunds.

Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for a replacement. Damaged items qualify for replacement only. If returned for refund, the restocking fee will be applied.
