RETURN POLICY

Returns are allowed up to 60 days from receipt of your order.

All items must be returned in brand new, unworn condition; any tags must be in tact.

Please remember to check all sizing - length and width - before removing any tags or trying a watch band on. Once the leather on a strap has been creased, it cannot be returned.

• Use our new Return Portal for quick and easy service!
• Easily exchange for another size or any other product
• Exchange and Store credit allowed up to 60 days from delivery date - refunds allowed up to 30 days (restocking fees may apply) - no returns allowed on special orders or tools.
• Use the Return Portal to start a return and receive a prepaid return label. Pack return items in padded envelope and include a copy of your RMA in the package (you can use the original packaging if you still have it - simply place the new label on top of the old label.)

Defective Items:
