Return Policy

Returns 
Please contact us at sales@strappedfortime.com or 704-884-1328 within 30 days of receipt of your order to receive return instructions.


All items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

No refunds are allowed on tools, closeout items, special orders or custom straps.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment,within 2-3 days.

For exchanges, please email us at sales@strappedfortime.com. 

Shipping 
Please contact us at sales@strappedfortime.com for our return shipping address.

You will be responsible for shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
