SIZE (LUG WIDTH)
Your existing band may have the size already imprinted on the back. If not, you can measure the inside dimensions of your watch lugs with a ruler.
We don't recommend measuring your existing strap, your lug space is more accurate.
* If you would like to use your original buckle or clasp, use the same method to measure the inside width of your buckle. Our sizes include the lug and buckle widths for reference (20x16mm = 20mm lug width and 16mm buckle width).
LENGTH
If you have an existing strap that fits well, measure each piece from end to end, not including the buckle for the total length. Otherwise, measure your wrist size with measuring tape or string.
As a general rule, your watch band length should be approx. 1/2" to 1" longer than your wrist size.
Short: 6-1/4" (100 x 60mm) - for wrist sizes under 6" - women's short (very short)
Medium: 7" (110 x 70mm) - for wrist sizes up to 6-1/2" - women's regular, men's short
Mid Length: 7-1/2" (115 x 75mm) - for wrist sizes up to 7" - men's medium
Long: 8" (120 x 80mm) - for wrist sizes up to 7-1/2" - men's regular, women's long
XL: 8-1/2" (120 x 100mm) - for wrist sizes up to 8" - men's long
