PLEASE NOTE: Bands must be returned in brand new, unworn condition. Once a strap has been worn or tried on we cannot resell it. We will not take back any band that has been tried on or buckled.
Before returning your item, please select one of the 3 options below for your return request and contact us by email at [email protected] or phone at 704-819-4172 to receive a Return Authorization Number.
Please Note: In the event that you need to make a return you must contact us first to receive a return authorization number. All returns must be received within 30 days from the original date of your order. Return options below are for stock items only. No refunds or exchanges are allowed on closeouts, final sale items, or custom straps. Special Order straps are available for exchange only. All closeout items are final sale and non-returnable.
Option A: Exchange – Exchange for a different item. The exchange does not have to be equal or greater value than your original purchase. There are no restocking fees to exchange an item. If you contact us beforehand and place an order for the new item you would like, we will not charge the restocking fee on the refund for the original item when it is returned.
Option B: Store Credit – Contact us and send the item back with RA# and receive store credit good towards any future purchase. Once your return is received, you will get an email confirmation with your store credit coupon code. There is no restocking fee charged on a store credit. The store credit will be for the full amount of the return item (less any applicable shipping fees from original ‘free shipping’ cost – see below). Use the coupon code at checkout on any future purchase to apply the credit amount to our order.
Option C: Refund – Returns for refund are usually processed within 2-3 days of receiving the return. In the event that you prefer a refund, a 10% restocking fee will be charged on the item amount and any original shipping costs for ‘free shipping’ will be deducted from the refund amount.

Straps must be returned in brand new, unworn condition. Once a strap has been buckled it creases the leather and we cannot resell it.
All items must be returned in brand new, unused, unworn condition in original packaging. No watchband links should be removed from metal bands. Repack all of the items securely in a padded envelope.
Write the R/A number on the outside of the package and get tracking service on your shipment.
We do not reimburse for original shipping charges, return shipping charges or insurance fees. Strapped For Time is not responsible for any return shipping damage or loss; please pack your return securely!
Warranty Claims: All straps are warranted by the manufacturers. Please contact us if immediately if you notice any issues with your purchase. Strapped For Time will work with the manufacturer to replace any defective products. Email a photo of the strap to [email protected] with a description of the problem or call us at 704-819-4172. Warranty Claims must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Any issues after 30 days are considered regular wear and tear. Claims must be approved by manufacturer prior to replacement.
